The Perfect Bride gave me an enjoyable experience in shopping for my dress. I went to three other stores in the cleveland area and none of them gave me the customer service that you did. While at your store, I worked with Renee. She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I found a wonderful dress that fit my budget. I can't wait to come back for my fittings!

I found The Perfect Bride listed in a bridal magazine advertisement for bridesmaids' dresses I liked from Vineyard Collection. And THEN, in another magazine, I found that they carried a bridal gown designer i liked, Lea Ann Belter. I'd had two bad experiences already, so I had come to dread the gown selection process by the time i made an appointment at The Perfect Bride. However, once I arrived for my first appointment, I knew this place was different.
My mom and I were greeted by Carly, who was friendly and helpful. She listened carefully as i recited what i liked and didn't like and made thoughtful choices in gowns for my to try on. She didn't push me into trying on dresses I really didn't like, as had been my experience at other places, She helped us narrow down my choices to three Lea Ann Belter gowns, and then we made an appointment to come back the next week to make a final decision.
We came back the next weekend to find that there was a Vineyard Collection trunk show. I was trying to make my selection among three Lea Ann Belters when Carly gently suggested I try on her favorite gown, which happened to be a Vineyard, so the rep could see it. It wasn't the type of gown I wanted. AT ALL. I was totally against a poofy ball gown; but I liked Carly, and she asked, so I obliged.
I am SO glad she did, because that ended up being THE dress, MY dress, and Carly was willing to share her favorite gown with me :-) With the dressed checked off my list, I also had the opportunity that day to meet Sara Gabriel, a veil and wedding accessory designer, whose line The Perfect Bride carries. Sara spent 30 minutes with my mom and me, showing me different veil and accessory options. She ended up custom designing the earrings I will wear on my wedding day, just because I had the opportunity to meet her and tell her exactly what I liked.
It's those personal touches that I appreciated most about The Perfect Bride. Sure, they have an amazing selection of bridal gowns, and bridesmaids' dresses (and I know about the bridesmaids' dresses because i changed my ming 6 times!). But what I most appreciated was the customer service. I've worked with most of the lovely women at The Perfect Bride over the past year, and each one of them was extremely helpful and patient when I was unsure about choices I was making. Each of the women is extremely knowledgeable about the dresses in the store, and you can just tell that they love what they do and they love helping women like me become Perfect Brides. I'll never forget the day my dress arrived at The Perfect Bride. Carly called me to tell me that it was there, AND she came in on her day off to watch me try it on. She was as excited about it as I was, and that meant so much.
From start to finish (and I'm not finished yet!), my experience has been wonderful. So wonderful in face, that i spread The Perfect Bride word all over Cleveland! I've recommended them to several friends who have gotten engaged during my time working with The Perfect Bride, and one of them found her dress there! I'm going to be sad when my wedding comes and goes, and I no longer have a reason to visit The Perfect Bride every few months! But seriously, I can't thank The Perfect Bride team enough for the fantastic experience they gave me.
